My background spaces Corporate Operations, procurement, leadership and career development, giving me the opportunity to see hiring and career growth from multiple sides. I’ve seen talented people struggle to communicate what they bring to the table, while employers struggle to connect with the right talent.

That gap is where ThriveNexxt comes in.

Through ThriveNexxt, I’m building more than career services. I’m creating an interconnected space where people can develop professionally, employers can find talent, and the two can connect through meaningful opportunities.”

Why I Started ThriveNexxt.

“ThriveNexxt didn’t begin with the idea of simply starting another career services business. It grew from years of watching talented people struggle to recognize and communicate the value of the experience they already had.

I’ve spent years working across corporate Operations, procurement, leadership and career development. Along the way, I became the person people would come to for help with their resumes, interviews, career decisions and figuring out their next move. Eventually, I realized there was a bigger gap.

Job seekers needed more than another place to submit applications. Employers needed better ways to connect with people whose experience and potential may not always fit neatly into a job description.

That became the foundation for ThriveNexxt.

I launched ThriveNexxt in November 2025.Just a few months later, I lost my father to lung cancer and stepped away while navigating grief and everything that came with it.

But even while I paused, people continued reaching out for help.

I had to pause. But the purpose never did.

When I returned to ThriveNexxt, I came back with an even clearer vision: to build an interconnected space where people can recognize their value, prepare for opportunities, connect with employers and move forward in their careers – while helping employers find talent they may otherwise overlook.

ThriveNexxt isn’t just about the Nexxt job.
